PTA NEWS… The first Board meeting of the year will take place on Wednesday, September 12th at 7:00 in the All Purpose Room. All parents are invited to attend and learn more about this very important home-school connected organization. We hope to see you there! Popcorn will be sold on Mondays during lunch for $.50. Ice cream will be sold on Fridays for $.75. Note: Neither will contain nut by-products. The sales will start on Monday, September 10th. The annual PTA Fundraiser kicks off on Thursday, September 6th. Your child will come home with the package on this day. Your participation is voluntary and we do not recommend that your child goes door to door in the neighborhood to sell items. This is the main fundraiser of the year for the PTA. The funds raised are used for the many “extras” throughout the year for our students such as agendas, cultural arts programs and weekly magazines |
