The Student Senate is made up of both 7th and 8th
grade students. Student Senate provides
a variety of school and community activities for students to participate in

The Student Senate is also responsible for raising $2,500
yearly, to offset the cost of the Student Agendas. Students raise money through:

8th Grade Executive Committee
Advisor: Jaci LaPlante-Beauchemin
The 8th grade executive committee consists of a
president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. These students are elected by their peers and
represent the student body. The students
involved in the executive committee conduct fund raisers to augment the cost of
The 8th grade Social (a semi-formal dance held at
the Airport Radisson Hotel), and the 8th grade class trip. Students involved in the executive committee
are also, responsible for the planning and execution of both the Social, and 8th
grade trip.
8th Grade Executive Committee: Represents the class to the
Administration, conducts fund raisers to augment the costs of the semi-formal
Social, and the Class Trip in June to a recreational facility in
Jazz Band, Select Choir, Orchestra: Musical groups evolve from scheduled classes. These particular groups practice after school and compete at the Great East Festival in May.

Intramurals: We have an intramural program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sports rotated throughout the year are: soccer, volleyball, football, and basketball. Students who participate are chosen to compete in inter-city athletic competitions.
