Searching for magazine or newspaper articles

Using periodicals for research is very helpful because:

                        -- they provide an additional source of information,

                                                                and

                        --they serve as a source of current knowledge and opinion.

Our school library has a reference book called The Abridged Reader's Guide to Periodical Literature that will help you locate magazine articles.  We also have an index that will allow you to locate information in National Geographic magazines.  If you need help in using these tools, please ask the librarian.  We subscribe to approximately 40 magazines that you may use for research or read for pleasure.  Feel free to recommend any magazine titles that you would like our library to subsribe to.
